Public Records/Insurer Information Provided to the Office of Insurance Regulation: Provides exemption from public records requirements for certain proprietary business information provided to OIR by insurer; revises provisions relating to entities to which OIR may disclose such information; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemption; provides statement of public necessity. Effective Date: July 1, 2026
