Space Florida: Provides that lease or rental of certain property is not taxable lease or use; provides exemption from sales & use tax for defense or aerospace machinery & equipment; requires exemption certificates; provides liability under certain conditions; requires DOR to adopt rules; provides that Space Florida is not agency & not subject to certain bidding & contract procedures when using nonappropriated state funds. Effective Date: July 1, 2026
