Gubernatorial Transition: Requires Governor to designate transition liaison within EOG; requires head of each state agency to designate agency transition liaison; provides duties of agency transition liaisons; requires DMS & each state agency to provide temporary office space to certain persons during transition period; requires each state agency to provide Governor-elect & his or her staff with access to agency leadership personnel during transition period; authorizes Governor-elect & his or her staff to be granted access to state agency records under certain conditions; provides criminal penalties; requires Florida Digital Service to provide Governor-elect & his or her staff with specified resources. Effective Date: upon becoming a law
