Summary
Community Development Districts: Provides that certain provisions regarding synthetic turf do not apply to certain community development districts; authorizes removal of certain members of boards of directors by recall elections; provides procedures and requirements for such recall elections including petitions to recall, recall committees, termination of recall proceedings, vacancies, date of recall elections, and post-recall eligibility for appointment. Effective Date: July 1, 2026
