Home Health Services: Requires each nurse registry to provide specified disclosure to clients at certain times; authorizes AHCA to adopt rules; prohibits nurse registry from using certain terms; provides requirements for marketing & advertising of nurse registry; requires each nurse registry to file current fee schedule with agency & provide schedule to patients before initiating services; provides requirements for fee schedule; authorizes agency to impose administrative sanctions; provides that registered homemakers & companion service providers are subject to initial & periodic inspections by AHCA for certain purposes; provides requirements for such inspections; provides requirements for marketing & advertising of homemakers & companion service providers ; requires companion & homemaker service providers to use specified phrase & certain disclaimer in specified materials & display its state registration number in all marketing & advertising; requires companion service providers to maintain certain records for each client & report to agency any adverse incidents or complaints; requires agency to establish procedures for investigating complaints; authorizes agency to conduct unannounced visits & impose certain fines under certain circumstances; removes nurse registries from definition of term "low-risk provider"; prohibits nurse registries from receiving commission or fee. Effective Date: July 1, 2026
