Engineering: Provides penalties for persons found to have repeatedly engaged in unlicensed practice of engineering; establishes Engineering Student Loan Assistance Program; provides for program's management by Florida Engineers Management Corporation; provides purpose of program; provides eligibility requirements; provides source of funding for program; requires that program funds be used only to pay certain costs; authorizes management corporation to make payments; provides requirements for loan principal repayments; requires Board of Professional Engineers to adopt rules. Effective Date: July 1, 2026
