Rec./Office of Financial Regulation: Provides exemption from public records requirements for information received by OFR relating to cybersecurity event of loan originators, mortgage brokers, & mortgage lenders; certain trade, commerce, & investments; breaches of security of financial institutions; & applications for authority to organize new financial institutions & for certain information relating to specified directors; provides exemption from public records requirements for information received by OFR for investigations & examinations; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemption; provides statement of public necessity. Effective Date: on the same date that HB 381 or similar legislation takes effect
