Registration of Trademarks: Removes provisions regarding classification of goods & services for trademark purposes; requires DOS to adopt federal system of classification each year; requires classification to be published as part of trademark registration application; requires department to establish & maintain secure internet website that allows submission of online trademark registration application & renewal application; provides website requirements; requires department to make online application system available by specified date; provides online application requirements. Effective Date: July 1, 2026
