Interactions with Artificial Intelligence: Requires operators of companion chatbot platforms to display specified information on any application, browser, or format used to access companion chatbots on platform & to prevent such chatbots from engaging with users unless specified protocols are maintained; requires such operators to verify age of users & to take specified actions for users who are minors; requires such operators to file specified reports with DLA; provides that violation constitutes unfair or deceptive act or practice; provides for civil actions. Effective Date: July 1, 2026
