Summary
Martin and Palm Beach Counties: Provides for transfer of specified real property, together with improvements thereon, from Board of Trustees of Internal Improvement Trust Fund to Village Council of Village of Tequesta; provides requirements for use, ownership, & sale or disposition of real property; provides for conveyance of real property by specific date. Effective Date: upon becoming a law or on June 1, 2026, whichever occurs earlier
