Human Trafficking Training for Nursing Students: Revises nursing education program requirements to include course on human trafficking prevention; requires such course to meet specified requirements; requires students to complete course before graduation; requires Board of Nursing, in coordination with DOH, to oversee implementation & enforcement of new education requirements; requires board & department to consult with certain entities to ensure course curriculum remains consistent with certain criteria. Effective Date: upon becoming a law
