Sexual Offenders and Sexual Predators; Revising residency restrictions for persons convicted of certain sexual offenses; revising requirements for a search of sexual predator or sexual offender registration information by a state agency or governmental subdivision before appointing or employing a person to work; revising special conditions for certain sexual offenders subject to conditional release supervision; revising standard conditions of probation or community control for certain sexual offenders, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2026
